You can get a soapy massage and just don't have sex.
These places also offer standard massage (at about x3 the cost)
Of course, your girlfriend will have to trust you to not have the sex. Or at least keeping to the clintonesque definition of sex (Oral != sex).
If she's not the trusting type. I'm sure you can arrange to have a soapy on the air matress while some other girl gives your GF a message on the bed.

Just go to a smaller massage place and give the girl a wink as she starts working your front side, you never know your luck - quite often it will be up to the girl.

I've been checking out the archives and looks like Euro Inn is good place to stay while we pass through Bangkok on way to Phuket. Got in-house massage. Will be hitting LOS in january.

If I remember right, it's just next to "World Gems" on the beach road, the first massage place going up the stairs, .. there is an internet caffee across from it, also upstairs (you can use that as an excuse to have a look).
Like I said, most of the girls seem to just give a regular massage, but this girl had her hands in my pants before I knew it..
