Same chain, different location - President Park Soi 24.
Again very guest friendly. My 2 room appt costs 12,000 baht a week provided you book for at least one full week. Maybe closer to 2,000 a day if booked on that basis. Larger and smaller appt's available as well. The 2 room has a kitchen and very large bathroom if thats of any use (I've never used the kitchen but it has a HUGE beer chiller - er fridge)
2 or 3 pools, outdoor jacuzzi, full size snooker table, Gym, 3 or 4 restaurants (though the breakfast room is crap). Footie live on the big screen in the "sky bar" on Sat'  .
Its a bit more out of the way (bottom end of Soi 24) about 7 minutes walk from Emporium but its definitley the best palce at that value I have stayed in BKK and well worth the hassle of a short walk or a 2 minute taxi.
Because it is strictly speaking a serviced appt you get NO hassle at all taking girls back as they consider it to be "your" temporary home rather than "their" hotel room.

I notice the rate you quote is a lot lower than what they show on the website. Site has "Tulip Suite" (cheapest listed suite) at the President Park for USD 544/ week (rack at 680). This translates to B23,376 (rack at 29,220). Is this a special tax on people who know how to use the Internet, or am I missing something here?

Dunno why but the rates they put on their web-site always seem to be incorrect. Also if you try to book onoine it often says they are full when they are not if you call them

Sounds like an efficient way to run a business. Post rates that are too high to scare away potential customers, then don't accept the few that try to book.
I'll bet the Harvard Business Review is just waiting to write them up. If it weren't for word-of-mouth from this forum they'd probably be empty!
