My info is about 1 year old, but for what it is worth:-
I think it is Soi 3 of Suhk RD, and yes it is guest friendly but you will need to book a double occupancy or pay 400 baht, and they do take the girls ID's (always a good thing in my book.)
I use to be a regular there (3-4 times a year), but just lately it seems to have got a bit pricey for it's class (3 star)
It is good and clean and in a good location.

Ady, Bel Aire Princess Hotel is on Sukhumvit Soi 5. Yes, it is friendly when you book a double room. And yes, they do take the girl's ID card.

Hi Patk100,I stayed there in Aug of this year and they charged me 800 bht every time I took a t/g in with me
and they did take the i.d. of them.
It`s getting on the expensive side now as well.
I didnt try the in house massage but I do believe extas
could be available.

S05, you were charge that joiner fee because you probably booked a Single rather than a Double occupancy room. I have experienced that problem before, but once I got the double/twin occupancy room booked, they simply vanished. The I.D. check in may be a hassle, but a good precaution.
