Both Nana Hotel and Majestic Suites are very popular between the bros. There is already a lot of information on this forum. The best would be if you run a search by clicking the tool bar above.

personally I like the nana because of the space you have in the room, that is if you get a superior room, and the availability of ladies hanging around the lobby.
on the other hand I also liked the Majestic, as it is small and quiet, they have good security, like the in room safes. then again no ladies hanging around the lobby of Majestic.
But both hotels are near the action, so I guess it is just a matter of what you where you want to stay. but you will never know for sure until you try them.

general consensus is that Nana have all the girls and is an adventure because of it. And Majestic is pretty close to Nana, a bit more quiet and much better and newer quality rooms. But many people seem to have problems with a small size of Majestic's room. I'll be staying at Nana during the first part of my trip and finishing off with Majestic in March. I've stayed in Grand Inn in all of my previous trips, but the general feeling is that Nana Hotel is an experience. Regardless you like it or not, you have to try it.
