Bel air Princess on Sukhumvit is it 100 % guest friendly ?
Or do you need to book a double ? to be sure to have
no hassles ? are the rooms ok ? not old and rundown ?
would appreciate any good info about this place.

You need to book a double room or you will be charged the joiner fee. Girl needs to leave her ID card at the reception.
Rooms are nice. well, that was a year ago. Location is great as well minutes away from BTS station, and easy access to night spots.

I looked at the map, it looks close to the LandMark hotel right??
But ... the map also shows it's close to the rail road tracks. Seriously, is that a problem with noise?? And Yes, there can be noise coming for other rooms and we are not talking about trains sounds!! ha ha ha!!

Yup, Bel-Aire is just about 100 m away from LandMark, but the railway tracks is much further than shown on the map. Don't worry about that noise, there are other noises to worry about.
