Hi all I was wondering if anyone stayed in the deluxe/single superior rooms and how they compare to the single studio (as I'll be staying alone I don't think the double superior applies to me). Are the deluxe/superiors rooms worth the extra price (deluxe is way more, is it double the size, has a hot teb etc.?). Thanks all

AFAIK, the superior is a queen-size bed, but the room is not really that large. There is a desk and chair, and a good sized closet (for one person).
The deluxe adds an extra table and two chairs, and the extra space to accomodate these. It also has a bigger closet, Bathrobes (I think) and a very tub instead of a standard shower/bath.
All rooms have a safe large enough to fit a small laptop (nice).
I have never heard of them charging a joiner fee, even if you book a single room.

CG, do you have any pics of the rooms at Majestic Suites? The website doesn't really show much. I know that it's your prefered stomping grounds and I may stay there for a few days on my next trip b4 checking into Admiral Suites.

I'd like to see your pics of the MS. I too stayed at the MS in June of this year. I must've been in what has been described as a Superior room. I was interested to know what the other rooms looked like, since mine was very small.

I stayed at the Double Superior during my last stay, earlier in the year. Before my departure, I asked to see the other rooms for comparison purposes.
When I saw the other rooms, I really didn't see any noticible difference in sizes. I'll probably would choose Double Superior again simply because of the king size bed. no problem with guests. the front desk takes their id and returns to them when she leaves. Because of the prime location of Majestic, there are apparently no bargaining on prices of the rooms.
From the info on their web site and e-mail conversion with Bob...
The Single Studio and Double Superior room have round bathtub. But relatively small even for me at a slim 5'9"
Single Superior (and I'm guessing Single Studio as well) have queen size beds.
Double Superior and Deluxe have king size beds.
