I think you are referring to the short time hotels or motels. Some of them have garages for you to park your car behind closed curtains. Check out the short time hotel list here.
Lets be honest, the Nana Hotel has the best guest policy, as there is NO guest policy. I can call a girl on her cell at 4am and she could come into the hotel and up to my room unescorted, just leaving her ID at the counter. Are there any nicer hotels with this kind of guest policy?
