Hail,
since I had a lot of requests for this hotel. Here is what I know.
The hotel is actually a real hotel, but has 18 curtained off Short time rooms on the ground floor. Now the amazing thing about these short time rooms is that each one has a different theme. One might have a southsea ambience, while others include a more jungle feel.
All rooms have a king size bed, Jacuzzi, 2-3 sets of TVs (one mounted above the Jacuzzi showing non-stop porn)
The jacuzzi's are very nice and big with multiple showerheads allowing you to get splashed from the top and the side. The toilet is seperated by a semi-transparant Sanded glass. It is very luxurious and clean. All towels are in plastic bags and smell fresh.
The cost is 450 baht for 4-5 Hours, and 900 baht for all day. This price includes 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of Cola in the Minibar.
One of the rooms even has a vibrating bed and is all in pink.
Most Taxi Drivers know "My Honey" hotel since it seems to be very popular with the locals. It is located on Soi Ladprao 121 and is very easy to find since it has a massive sign right on the road. Its in the RamKamhaeng District close to "The Mall".
TV's in the room play 3 different Porn movies (all asian) and also you can see the full selection of UBC as well.
This is ***** Star all the way, and thoroughly recommended.

I have located it on the web, on soi 19 Sukhumvit - no mention of the short time rooms, but it seems like a very good place

The place you have located on Suk19 is 'Honey' hotel, a place which has been here for years and is totally different place from what buznutz was talking about. I have never been to 'My Honey' in Lad Prao 121 but have been to Honey hotel. Cheap but not so good. Before you decide to stay there, just have a look to the rooms and make your decision. However, it is Girl friendly.

You're right .... we go to Lardprao Soi 121 and look for the nearest Mall. Or didn't we want to go there ....?
