I don't think it's an especially good deal. I got the same hotel for 2,500 baht per night in February. (according to my currency convertor that's $61 p.n) I would imagine June or July hotel rates should, if anything, be cheaper. (I booked through a local travel agent).
And as Dave said... it's definitely guest un-friendly. I think even if you paid the joiner fee the staff would still be icey (verging on the totally rude) towards the BG.

they are not friendly. but it is a safe hotel they allow the girl in (without comment) but they do copy her id standard. If you want to let loose at midnight just go downstairs...you wont feel like exploring after that flight and its limited time ....^6pm next day...hellits an ok option whats 35 bucks in the big picture....and all single guys there drag woman upstairs

Bad Deal on the rate, my favorite booking site from last year has a rate of 2650B per night pay 2 get one free. It works out to about US42 per night.
