Wow! I have not heard about Federal hotel for years. If I remember correctly, it is on soi 11 of Sukhumvit. I think it waqs used as a ST hotel but did not heard about it for a while. Will try to have a look this week-end. Jeff
The Fed is still there and pretty much unchanged, as are many of the staff. Still ultra-girl friendly and cheap - B800-900. Was there last week. Nice new pub - Ava - opened next door...girls are cute but think they are princesses. Prices much like Soi 33.
Stayed there off and on for about 3 weeks last March and going to go there again in October. Older place but clean and good cold a/c and pool and gnerally very friendly guests most of whom seem to be very experienced travelers in LOS. Good staff and very acceptable restrauant.
