I am considering bypassing Majestic, though I really enjoyed it, and staying at Manhattan for my full two weeks next trip.
I will do this at least in part because I have a few regular TGs to see and I hope this will be perceived as decent hotel that's not in a "hot zone."
My question revolves aroung my late arrival. I'll probaby me at my hotel (Manhattan) around 1:00am, and I want to grab a girl from some place close.
This was pretty easy at Majestic my first time around beause NEP was so close by, and by the way I think she found me! 
If I just want to get something close by and leave bar hopping and gogos for another night, is Therma the closest and best bet for me? I guess it's right around the corner?
Any other spots close by that I should consider?
There will be a substantial number of girls around thermae at that hour?

sorry, just noted that you would bypass the gogo scene on arrival. meanwhile, there are already decent number of girls along sukhumvit road by the time you reach Thermae. enjoy !!!

Considering your late arrival and your hotel location I think you may have some time to play at ANGELS DISCO (Nana Hotel). I may also suggest you pay a visit to CM2 but the best time to hit this palce usually is around 23:00 or even midnight....Around that side of Sukhumvit? What about the beer garden of Ambassador Hotel? Many freelancers in there at that time. You may bump to the one you like in no time....

Thermea is right at your door step HS. Perfect time to grab a cutie for the late night sanuk. I back exit of thermea is few meters away from Manhattan

As Thermae is closing at 02.00 a.m., you could move to Grace Coffeeshop where there is a very large collection of freelancers and the leftovers from Thermae...!
