Last week, Wednesday afternoon, I took my (Thai, non b/g) girlfriend to Penthouse Hotel off Soi 3, I have been there several times but not with her.
Anyway, the room we were shown into was VERY brightly lit, much more so than other rooms I have used in the same place (in fact I went back there with her on Friday and that room was nowhere near so well lit).
I began to think over the weekend; I have seen in Panthip and other places those "Aeb Tai" movies on CD, apparently taken in Short Time Hotels here in Bangkok - is the Penthouse one of the hotels which engage in this activity - hence the lighting in the room?
Does anyone have any experience of this - or know of hotels which DO have rooms equipped with Video Cameras?
It is obviously too late to be over concerned about the incident now, however both I and my g/f are married - but not to each other, so it is a bit disturbing ......... on the other hand if I had known beforehand I might have asked for a copy of the tape, to warm my memories in years to come!

Hexibot (friend of mine from forum) visited this st hotel few times and told me about it. I better tell him to roam around Panthip plaza every day before his girlfriend sees his vcd on display. Oh boy I can't wait to tell him about it and see his jaws drop to his waist
