I'm going quite often upcountry for business purpose and while I know where the MPs and Karaoke are located there, I don't have much the mind and time to patronize them while on short and very busy trips. Yet I wouldn't mind having a girl come round my room for a while.
Some thai acquaintances there have shown me their way to call a local pimp to arrange girls to come over, but the least that can be said is it's a very unreliable way: girls never show up or it happened: she came along the pimp ONE day late. Timing was very embarrassing for the thai guy as wrong people were around et that time...Had a good laugh still but would rather avoid it to myself...
Then is it common to ask for a girl at the reception of a decent hotel? I definetely don't want a massage only service and likely don't want to waste much time on that same massage, if any. Any feedback? Is it OK to ask for a couple of girls to come over and pick only one?
How do you specify politely you want a full service?? Note as well it's a hotel where I go pretty often

IMHO it's not very cool to ask directly for FS, BJ, or HJ at the front desk of most hotels. Ask your Bellman though, he'd probably be able to tell you straight out and set you up if anyone can. Possibly the Doorman.

C'mon Amores, what about all those Hollywood movies 'a la "Pretty Woman"....didn't they teach you anything???
Of course you can ask this kind of info to the hotels staff and as suggested by CC, the concierge or bellboy are the best ones to help you out in this kind of situations....
I still remember last year, I was at Royal Orchid Sheraton, twas a buddhist holiday (ie all venues closed) and I had to find out 2 gilrs for a couple of pervs Vip docs (it was before I realised the importance of having a portfolio of phone numbers of Tg/Bg)....so I ended up asking some info to the concierge.....15 min later, 4 girls showed up and deal was done!
Always remember the power of a good tip!

For a guy who stays at the same hotel frequently. Why are you asking this type of question from guys who have never stayed at this hotel? How would we know if the desk clerk is up tight and strait laced?
The short answer to your question is it OK to ask these type of questions to the women who work the front desk. NO.

Asked for a massage girl at the reception, young and cute, was told she'd arrive within 15mns but still the bird I called up in Bangkok showed up in the hotel room first...a couple of hundred kms away...
