Hey all! Staying at the Nana hotel again but am looking for a gym in the area to work out while I am there since I will be there for more than my normal 3 day weekend. Does anyone know of one I can just go and pay for the day? Also what am I looking at paying? Thanks.

You can go and work out at Fitness First. It is located on the 4th floor of the Landmark Hotel. I bought a month membership there and it was kind of expensive. About $100. The gym is new so the equipment is state of the art. The one down side is that they have mostly nautilus equipment and very little free weights.
If you have a 24 fitness membership, then you can work out at their gym in Thailand for Free.
These are the only two gyms that I have worked out at not counting the hotel ones, which always suck. I like fitness first. Easy location to get to and not that crowded before 5pm. Also, the staff/trainers are very professional. And a side benefit is that some very attractive professional females work out there. I have seen and talked to some airline stewardess that were working out there.

I like working out there too! Lots of babes to check out, especially after 5 pm! I don't really go there to work out, just for the sauna (which nobody ever uses!).

Assuming that I don't stay at Landmark Hotel and want to use the Fitness First Gym, how much would they charge me per session ? Do they provide shoes, socks,shorts, T-shirt and towels ?

I do not think that they provide any clothing for you to use. They do provide towels for working out, as well as a large towel for you to use after you shower.
As for price, you can pay per visit, but if you plan on using the gym for more then 10 times, then it's cheaper to buy the monthly pass. I do not know the exact amount it is per visit though. I am sure bkkz can enlighten us all.

Try the JW Marriott right around the corner on Suk Soi 2. It doesn't "suck" as somebody said about all hotel gyms.
