Hi - I got a very good price to be in BKK between Dec 23 and Jan 2 (airfare is crazy high then) which includes hotel, tours (I'll just do 1 city tour and then do my REAL action tours...), airport pickup/drop off. Their base hotel was Century Park but since that's far away fm action I took Amari Atrium (unfortunately Amari Blvd's not on the menu...).
So what is the opinion of the veteran/guru crowd: If my room is booked as a double then: 1) will Amari Atrium staff be cool relative to GF issues? 2) this hotel does not look that far from the main areas... but perhaps I am wrong... (how far is it walking or via taxi?) 3) should I instead just keep this hotel as my base and some other hotel in the action areas?
