Sigh... I was considering upgrading to places like Sofitel or Crown Plaza when I drop in Bangkok after hearing good reports from friends who went there but what I just read on this forum just puts me off. What's the last deal on those places there?? I wouldn't mind (too much) going past the 2000bth range hotel but definetely don't want to be bothered when I bring him hookers, especially when drunk out of my head. Any tip for other hotels in the area?? Cheers! AP
