My friends had been using this place and already are back home. BK, you can add this place as a girl-friendly one. No security at the lobby and the bell boy is ready to help you in any matter you may have for a small tip.
This hotel is located exactly opposite to the Beer Garden in Soi 7. Rates through travel agencies is B/.1,000 and I found it very convenient. If you walk-in the ratio will be B/. 1.350

Hi,
About to stay at the Park in mid August, Just wondering How guest friendly is it.?
ie ID card required, can you take two lovely ladies if you have a twin or must you book a triple with the reservations.
Is it clean and ok???
How do you handle the security or bellboy after 2pmm, A tip?? How much for a quick pass u by.

i stayed at the park a few years ago. everything was clean and running. had no problem with bringing in guests. in fact, i don't recall paying a guest fee.

Each time you come to the hotel with your TG just head straight to the lift. To do so, keep the keys with yourself to avoid requesting them fromt he front desk. No ID was requested, at least not the times my friend was there. There is no security guard standing in front of the lift like in Landmark or Pan Pacific or Sheraton, etc. My friend kept the keys all the time with him and head to the lifts without any inconvenience. He tip the bellboy each time this guy was around with B/.50.- Otherwise, the best way is to not wait for the lift, take the stairs just beside and take your lift on the second floor. This is to avoid waiting with your TG(s) in front of the lifts for long time if you feel embarrassed....Hope this helps....

I've been looking for a good place to stay at Sukhumvit, and it seems that the popular ones are Nana, Majestic Suites, Federal, Manhattan, JW Marriott and so on... but hardly any mention about Park Hotel.
Location wise, it seems great. Price is very reasonable. Judging from the review from pinga and the other guys, it seems the service and quality is alrite. Is there any reason why this place seems to have been overlooked by everybody here?
I had narrowed down my choice to Majestic Suites, Federal, Manhattan and Nana. Then stumbled across Park. If anyone has an update on this place, i'll really appreciate your info. Thanks!

Hey finkster,
Stayed there last year... Room rate baht1070. Typical wood panelled rooms...air con, cable t.v just like the Dynasty etc. Make sure you book a double-room otherwise they will charge baht300 for any guests. You can have your T.G' s I.D checked or not...its up to you. The pool is O.K. Also don't go the breakfast...it's shit. Walk down towards Suk to the supermarket... great value!

Seems fine to me. Can you tell me the distance this place is from the main road? Also if the rooms are fully carpeted and with a bathtub. It's the lack of info on the web that is hindering my decision to choose this place. The pics of the room is very limited... can't see shit.

The Park Hotel is just 50 meters far from Sukhumvit Rd Soi 7 and opposite BEER GARDEN. Close to NEW WAVE BAR and a food court. The staff at the hotel is very friendly.

I do know people who have stayed at this hotel. Rooms are not special, but everything works. No problems getting girls back to the rooms, and a reasonable price. It is close to everything.
Not sure what else your friends would need to know.
