Short answer: yes. Of course plenty of girls will mix around to the different places, so you might see a cross section. But in general (and only in general) you get better looking girls in the CM2/Q Bar/Spasso circut than in Thermae or a typical beer bar. There are exceptions, of course..

the ines at nana disco are kinda at the bottom of the ladder. most of them walk up to grace hotel after the disco closes. but sometimes there are a few nice ones. but very rare. CM2 freelancers is on the higher rating fl side.

tvrqr, It is really difficult to say which place has better freelancers, since they are free to go any where they wish, whenever they can afford it.
For example, in the late afternoons, you will see a bunch of girls in New Wave bar, only to find them in Rivas later on. Or you may find some girls who hang out in the Beer Garden in the afternoons, and in the evenings they will go to Hard Rock Cafe, and later move on to CM2 or Nana Disco or Q-Bar (when they have had a few STs already).
Why not just check out those various places (Nana Disco, CM2, Q-Bar, Rivas, Spasso) for yourself to get a feel of it? And later on, just take a dip into Grace Hotel's coffee shop and see if you spot any of the girls from the previous places there.
