I didn't make the original post, but I'll do my best to answer:
1 - It isn't about Best Cub, read the thread title, it's about KF Club (not to be comfised with KFC aka Chicky Club)

Never been there.
2) A place which caters to (mostly snobby) girls who either are rich (or better : their daddies), pretend / want to be rich girls, or hangout with or searching for rich guys.
3) In sexual terms, I have no idea what they will and will not do. They may either seek high amounts for their services (if they provide so) or buy you drinks if they think you'll fit in their small world.

I believe KF club was the Karafun club and Baroque club. The owner try several concept, now is opening as trance dance club. I heard it is pretty crowded as it is open late. There are many CB PR and coyote who drift there after work.
