Well it is like going to buy clothes in a factory outlet instead of Emporium. Yes products are the same and prices are better but you have to consider the experience.
I understand that some guys prefer to pick up well dressed girls in a 5 stars hotel clubs, even if what is in the package is the same as in CM2 or others.
Like in any good restaurant you pay for location and atmosphere, not only for the food.
Though I have to agree some of the best food is often in these little family restaurants that look like shit on the outside !

IMO,
Rivas, Spasso, and CM2 FLs are just glorified go-go and beer bar girls. The only differences are the setting and the price-gouging. Of course the FLs will beg to differ and they would consider themselves "above" the gogo girls in the whore eschelon. Guys paying 4k ST and up are fostering that nonsense.

Hmmm maybe quite a few of the freelancers at CM2, Spasso and Rivas might be ex-B-bar/GG girls but not all of them.
Talking to them you may hit few girls that are just seeking for extra money after working hours (10K girls)and others that were ex-hostesses at Soi 33 Clubs, Exotica, ChateauBlanc, Piano, etc. The variety of backgrounds is certainly huge in this kind of environments....

Price is relative 4,000 is what a sideline + tips will cost you at Poseidon. And the girls at Spasso and Riva are definitely above the average of bars and gogos.
Different markets, different customers, different prices.
Can find same quality in CM2 for cheaper but once again a 2000 bahts savings is not the priority of most guests at Hyatt or such.
On the bright side girls that got a 5,000 bht+ customer will often party the next day and go with you for almost nothing !
Or call Smegma for a drink !

Smegma: I love looking like a pimp! Back in the day when I was the bigshot boss of the bars  (or even after I had retired) I'd go out with a group of my stunner girls and go into certain places with a bunch of Falangs hanging around; because the girls would consider themselves to Hi Class to be FLs they were just out for some fun and they wouldn't be interested in any guys.
Guys would approach the table and sent away at the same time as the girls would be pouring my drinks and ordering me food (and I wasn't even paying!)
The looks I'd get from the Falangs were great and I always assumed with a little bit of shame but much pleasure that they assumed I was the big daddy pimp.

I'm sure they didn't mind that of course but I know working girls who make good money are happy to pay for the guys they like and I've seen with my own eyes how much the ladies like...oops almost revealed private info...I've seen how much they like you.

I didn't mean to imply that the FLs in those joints were all ex- BB/gogo girls. In respect with CM2 and Rivas, I'd say that the "quality" of the girls are that of glorified BB/gogo girls, that's just my opinion. I haven't hung out in Spasso's much so I probably shouldn't comment on the "quality" there. Sure there are exceptions. You'll have some "stunners" hard up for cash walking in the joints, but perhaps my luck is down since it's being rarer and rarer in finding them.
On a side note, ALOT of T-mae girls are now setting up shop in CM2, mainly the Jap-hunters. The same piece you coulda got for 1k now costs 2k. LOL, that's what I mean by glorified. It's the same mentality of western p4p. shudder the thought....

Next time you are in Spasso. When she quotes you a price, you should answer with question. "What? Why pay?", "I am here for fun", "If I want to pay, I can go to Patpong, Nana or Soi Cowboy".

Been in Thermae two days ago. Quality of girls really sucks, (sorry Thermae lovers) but that was the impression I got. Not many people but lost of ATMs hanging around.
Certainly, the variety was huge. Cuties as young as 15 y.o. and few others with so many extra miles on their bags maybe 60+ Wow!
IMHO youth of quite a few members of the crowd can be explained cos the girls are not require IDs to get in and no entrance fee is requested. At CM2 (except on "ladies days" and other ocassions) everyone has to pay the cover charge and show the ID.
The impression I got is that Thermae girls are mainly Thermae girls. I pointed out to my buddy that few of them were also regulars at Beer Garden....je, nice to see the flow....nice experience.
