I agree that Gullivers is overrated - especially when it comes to girls... Never spotted anything fancy in there...
There is no such place with lots of quality FL's. The only thing that comes close to this - in my books - are the Nana Disco from 11pm to 3am and the Spice Club Soi 11 from 2am to... no idea what time they close, but it must be very late...
After 2am many of the gogo girls turn into FL's and that's what makes such places interesting in terms of sheer numbers and also quality... The Nana exodus at about 2am is one of the funniest things to see in this world and it is what makes the Nana parking lot still a place worth visiting...
Before midnite there is no significant concentration of FL talent that I know of. Biergarten and Thermas are no concentration of talent imho, just a concentration of FL's

friday, saturday it's to busy.
my going rate is 1'000 ST (even for a looker). possible coz, it is usually 5 to 6am.

Anyone know of the underground networks? They have little online photo albums on some Thai website which is password protected, and you have to get them through an agent. Prices are steep... 5-8 K for ST (2-3 hrs). And these are for local consumption.

I've never found one place with more than a handful of decent (7+) freelancers and I've been visiting and working in BKK since July 1998. Stopped into Thermae 2 nights this week. A handful only (3 or 4) and they seem to looking for Japanese exclusively. Actually Thermae and Barraca bar on Soi Cowboy are quite close to being exculsively Japanese venues I am starting to believe.
I did find a real cutie in Thermae in June but when I brought her home, found she had three or four caesarrian section scars on her stomach. Looked scary.
