Since living so close to it - I have passed it every day and seen it change from before ītill what it is today. GF was in quickly with her friend and was out again soon. Said she didnīt like it or the music. There was some "racial" thing also about visitors - those who were not farang.... I will leave it out though and you can fill in yourself.
Since opening it has never looked very busy around the place and I ask myself why I would like to go into another place that serves drinks - at much higher price? I see the entrance fee is 600 B and you "get 2 drinks". Dont know if it is just a waterout splash - or anything to your liking. For my taste it is just - more - fun to go to any of the reg hangouts and have your servings at normal prices and at a descent soundlevel. But thats just me...
Funny detail: First I read the sign outside as "DMA"- asked friend as well what she thought it was and she said the same. When I then saw here that it should be read "DIVA" - I checked again next time - ok with a BIG effort and knowing the answer to the question beforehand you can get the "letters" to be just that. But what a strange design.... modern I guess! And before you are all over me now: I CAN read --- sort of.

I don't know about giving it time will help it much.
I found with new places they either impress right away, and if they don't it is unlikely you will return in a month or two and be positively surprised.
Will give it one crack though and see for myself.
