It's actually not unusal in BKK for developments on Royal land. It does not mean the royal family has anything to do with the establishment. Many BKK condos are developed on top of "leased" royal land. It's different from "freehold" land that you can actually purchase. I am pretty sure Pegasus just lease the land from the agency that handles royal properties in BKK. The Royal family would have absolutely nothing to do this kind of "entertainment" business.

The girl I was with told me that the "boss" is from Chiang Mai.
She pointed out some very nice Chiang Mai art that is unfortunately almost invisible surrounded by all the ornate gold everywhere.
I asked her today during lunch about the pricing.
The entry fee for non-members is 900 which includes 1 drink. Each additional drink is 900. This explains the 1800 charge that I was unsure of. 2 addtional beers after the first one at 900 each.
The minimum lady drink charge is 1800 which includes 2 drinks and 1 hour company. I forgot to ask about additional lady drinks.
She told me she does not get any cut from the lady drinks. The PR girls who don't go out get 100 for each lady drink.
I asked about what happens when a customer decides not to take out a girl who has been sitting with him. She said that the girl will get 1000 if time spent was 30 minutes. 2000 for 1 hour or longer. So it would appear that it would cost 3800 total (1800 lady drink charge + 2000) if a girl sat with a customer for an hour but did not leave with him.
I asked about the PR girls and do they get the same 1000/2000? She said no, the tip to the PR girls was up to the customer. But that customers who come to Pegasus know that a tip is expected.
Each day, she has to pay 200 to have her makeup done onsite for her, and 200 to have her hair done. Girls are not allowed to do their own hair/makeup. Every Friday, she has to pay 600 for a blood test.
She said she had to pay a 30000 "deposit" when she first started. This deposit is used to reimburse customers who complain that a girl has stolen from them. She will get the remainder of the deposit back when she leaves.
She said there are 50 girls working now at Pegasus. Husbands, babies and stretch marks are not permitted. If she gains weight, she is suspended until she is back to 45 kg. Didn't tell me the minimum height requirement, but short girls need not apply.
About credit card payment. The girls get screwed if a customer pays for her ST/LT charge with a credit card. She only got 3000 of the 4000 LT charge that I paid with AMEX. If I had paid in cash she would have gotten the entire 4000. I asked her why she didn't tell me this before I paid? She saw I was paying for the drink bill with a credit card, and just assumed I didn't have the cash so asked to have her charge put on a separate credit card bill!

hmmm... 25% is quite a bit to take away from her fee. 3-4 years ago, when I paid for the LT for my "model" girl, it was 5,000+350 (7% VAT). Since you paid 4,000 B, they would probably have to deduct the VAT and credit card processing fee, normally 5%, from it, but 25% is way too much.

Just rechecked the credit card receipt. 4280. 4000 + 7%.
The establishment must be quite pleased to get credit card payment for ST/LT charges if they take a 25% cut.
