Was curious, speak enough Thai, so went there last night and, I've got to say, I can't really see what all the fuss is about. Sure, it looks great when about 40 girls are dancing on the tables at the same time but the "shows" suck and after a while you start wondering why you're spending 4 times the moolah and precious time to get girls maybe 5-10% better looking than one of the Patpong Kings Group cuties. Look closely - most of the girls have better skin but that's about it. Can't stand all the watered down Thai whisky deal crap either.
And you actually have to put a little effort in. Is that why you guys are missing? A sort of "workout"?

Funny, I would say that I have seen plenty of far better looking girls in Nana than at Carribean. I was also at Poseidon at the model lounge the other day and of around 10 girls available, only one did anything for me, she was cute. The rest, as I said, much better lookers in Nana and no, not the Isaan tattooed girls either, you just got to look, there are other girls besides that type in there.
As for Carribean being home to many of the top magazine photographed girls, maybe one or 2, but I think that photographer is shopping in the wrong aisle.

I'm not counting the fat tattoed Issan girls, of course (and I saw some relative dogs in Carribbean too). There are some gogo girls around that are as good looking.
In fact, I've known a girl five years and, the other day, I asked if she'd like to go to Orbit or Carribbean with me (because I've been hearing so much about these girls and I hadn't yet been). She said, "Orbit? I used to work at Orbit." Then she looked over my shoulder to the bkktonite homepage and pointed out the other places she'd worked: Piano, the model lounge at Poseidon... all the places you guys are raving about. Yet I first met her in Patpong five years ago. She uses a different name everywhere she goes.
Really, not all gogo girls are from Isaan and, if you look at each girl in isolation, you can find an approximate, usually cheaper, facsimile in a gogo bar. The Carribbean/Orbit/Forte effect is probably heightened by the admittedly intoxicating sight of them dancing all at the same time, and better quality control. I.e. They don't let any soi dogs through so your experience isn't marred.
