didn't you read the previous posts? The 'sideline' girls are the PRs ('public relations' girls) whom you can get to sit with you, just like in Orbit. I dunno yet how lady drinks are charged, ie. by drink or by duration of sitting with you. Check with your salesperson.
The bar nearest to the entrance is staffed partly by the 'pretties', girls who are the youngest and/or who have supposedly just started working there. They do not like to be touched (or otherwise fondled, squeezed, pawed, caressed and ravished..you get the picture) by customers, so they will not come out of the bar, but you can still buy them a drink.
(y____ thinks the concept of the 'pretties' is just bovine manure and personally I don't give an excrement. But hey up to you my friend...or is it up to them...hmm)
Again, read up on the earlier posts to get more info on this.
The smallest bar in the corner, on the left (when you face the stage) of this first bar, is where the PR girls congregate. I think you can sit and drink there too, but not sure how to get the girls out to the tables - never got a PR before, so ask your salesperson for more info.
The PR girls are the ones 'working' the guys (not all are Thai) at the tables.
The bar nearest the centre ('nearest' being a very relative term), actually more like just a short distance from the 'pretties' bar, is where some of the dancers hang out when they're not dancing or drinking with customers. And don't bother asking about the female bartenders there; they're already spoken for

Thanks for the info. I am aware of the PR girls and how they work as far as hourly rates and drinks and all that. I guess what I was really asking was where these girls congregate so you can select them and what time you need to go for that.
At Forte and Orbit, there are usually 10-20 girls sitting around together by a bar-type area, where you can check them out. Other than the "off-limits" girls behind the bars at Caribbean, I have never seen where the PR girls hang-out when they are not "on-the-clock" at some guy's table. And once they are planted at a table, they seem to stay there all night. Maybe they are just always all taken as Caribbean is so popular.
I guess I just need to go earlier, just not sure how early.

Actually, Crash999 was the one who pointed out the small corner bar area where the PR girls were. I'm guessing (wildly) there could be up to 100 PR ladies in Carib, so I can't see how that bar area could actually 'hold' all them at opening time...but of course they could 'spill over' onto the other bar areas.
The veterans of Carib: any help to give our friend here as to how early he should go to the club to get a nice selection of PRs?

I think its safe to say that if you're there by 9:30pm any night but Friday (busiest) you're bound to find pretty PR girls and dancers available to drink with. If youre lucky (well thats debatable), by 1am you'll have 2 or 3 girls fighting over you to take you home.
It is possible to bf the dancers. I bfed 2 dancers for a Saturday night (5000 baht each) but my #1 called and needed to see me. You know what that was for. Anyway, I canceled the appointment with the two dancers by 4pm on Saturday. Since I paid the previous night, they didnt return the money or give me a rain check.
You wont have any problem having pretty ladies drink with you and giving you their phone numbers. Your biggest concern will be which one or ones you'll chose. I had an easier time chosing my drinks. Good luck!

Next time you have to cancel a 3some with 2 Carribean dancers that you have already barfined do not forget to to send me their number so I can take care of them and ensure they won't say anything bad about your behaving.

Two new ones. You probably wouldnt know them since they are 18 and 19 years old, and new to the business. Their combined age is still older then mine, so I thought it a go.
I know the girls you're talking about. Just friends. Never had any sparks. I have enough drama with my #1, #2, an #3 and the two you're talking about live in the same complex as my #1 and #2. Too close for comfort.

Singlolo, the litle one you have is mind (Miss G) is a very tough nut to crack. I have known her for a long time and also know many guys who spent many months and lots of money on her (both Thai and Farang) to no avail. But, who knows, you may make it where many have failed.
