I understand that completely. And that is why I avoid those kinds of places both here and home in the US. Cheaper to buy booze in the store and call an escort service. You can get the buzz from the booze, and you know you will have the girl on the spot when you want her.

Evil? No, I don't see evil. I am just giving credit where credit is due. I know some members of the forum think the BGs and dancers are not very bright; however, I think some of them are quite smart and they know how to work their customers to maximize their income at their work place. I once went to one of these places with a couple of friends, one who was quite connected. We spent a decent sum of money. Had a PR or two. At the end of the night we were some of the last people in the que to get a taxi. Low and behold here came our PR girls in their street clothes. We had visions of continuing the good times at either a after hours place or getting some food. They did not even acknowledge our precense as we said hello. Just ignored us and walked by talking to their friends in Thai. Lesson learned here and I must admitted rather cheaply than others here.
