Yea i think M.O.S. didnt do their research properly.
Sure they made the investment money back just by memberships alone,but they have got it wrong with the music.
Paul Van Dyke,Mauro Picotto may be big in Europe,but here they are lucky if they can sell 5 thousand albums.
They tried to market Trance music here to cater for the high earning Thais(they still are),but the fact is the general public are not interested,it is not Sanuk enough for them!
I agree M.O.S.will become just another C.M.2 where the music is not important,the main attraction being the girls.

What is the closing time in CM2 and Spasso? Will be in BKK first time ever on this w/e. What is the entrance fee/rules for CM2 on w/e days? Suppose that Spasso should be free of charge as I will be staying at the Hyatt.

staying in the hyatt spasso will be free of charge! but as far as i do remember they do not charge anyway! cm2 is about thb 300 depending what night you are going. not so familiar with that as when you do have or buy a bottle of spirit in there the entrance will be also free! so best to buy some liquor an BKeep it stored at cm2 so you can come back every time with free entrance.
Both places officially close at 02:00 am, basically 15 min. before that most of the people will be already heading elsewhere!

Where EXACTLY is CM2? Also, with staying at the Manhatten Hotel. Is DISTANCE ever an issue taking girls ST....or LT for that matter? How far is ok for walking distance and how far would it be BEST to take taxi?

you mentioned Pao Kung Phao at the beginning of this thread. Is this the large beer hall next to the Ratchade seafood market? If so, I can recommend it to everyone. I've been there once with a group of MP girls and had a blast. They have very good food and the drinks are cheap. Only Thai folks hang around. Late night place that starts to get bussy after 1 am.
As to Dance Fever, well, I have the golden VIP card that entitles me to free chivas bottles, if I spend 900 bath on mixer and soft drinks. I used to take a lot of friends there, but as far as I know none of them ever scored. I scored freebies only twice, the first one after I've been there at least 20 times, the second one became my girlfriend. A lot of Thai wanna-bes hang around. Some of them pay 2000 bath to the stunning singer (I think Cindy is her name), just that she comes to their table after performance for not more than a 5mins chat. Ridiculous posers! The staff is okay. The most dark-skinned waiter Fong has a kind hearted personality and likes to get in touch with farangs. In general, it's easy to get in touch with Thais at Dance Fever, but it's almost impossible to get quickly a good f_ck on. The frequent Mirage, Emanuelle, Poseidon or Ceasars customer will definitely recognise a lot of girls here. Unfortunately, it always seems to me that the girls are not one the paper chase. Private fun only, so you have to approach them and spit some good ol' game, if you dare to try your luck.
I've been to Hollywood only once and didn't like it that much. Didn't like Airbus and Freebus. The drinks at Phuture were too expensive, the music was too loud. A lot of extacy fiends there. All no typpical pick-up places. Even at RCA the chances are better to get it on.
For those of you that like to chase a chicken, I thoroughly recommend CM2, Spasso, Nana Hotel, Grace Hotel. Also Hard Rock Cafe and Ministry of Sounds transformed to whorehouses. If you want to take a serious Thai girl somewere, my choice would be Dance Fever.

ww77, Siam Square is definitely not walking distance from where you are staying. You'll have to take the taxi, and from where you are staying I would advise taking the taxi from the other side of the road as Sukhumvit Rd is notorious for being congested. There is an overhead bridge near Soi 15 next to the petrol station.
Distance in Bangkok is irrelevant. If there was no traffic, you could be there in 2-3 minutes. Depends on your luck, really.
