I remember a few weeks ago we were discussing here how the girls at Caribbean get less commission for their drinks when compared to their colleagues at other places. I somehow doubted the info... so I set to confirm it. I forgot to mention that I got the info, and the girls are getting the usual commission of 100 baht per drink. What I found was that the salary has gone up. I spoke with one that told me she is making about 40k a month: 15k in salary, 20k to 23k in drinks (200 to 230 drinks per month), and about 5k in tips. Wow! I was surprised at how low the tip figure has come since 3 years ago.
BTW, reading back the thread, I notice that Crash deleted many of his posts. What happened? Did any of the girls catch you? if so, please let us know and give us the warning on who among them is reading here.

We need to confront our sources coz I am being told Base Salary is upper 20K in Carribean (Orbit is 13 - 20k) and the same girl did confirmed the cut was less than orbit or Resort.
She went from Orbit to Carribean to Resort and back to Orbit in 2 months.
This being said that is of little importance
