Last time I was in GLOW they had one free drink for ladies, I think it was every night. Is this still the case?

After reading all the reports and looking at the website, I had been looking forward to checking this place out. Convinced my mia noi to check it out Thursday night. Stopped by for a "early evening" cocktail a little after 8pm (I realize it's a little early but I thought this place opened at 6pm). Other than the two policemen lounging by the door inside, we (me and my hottie) were the only ones there. The place looked absolutely DEAD and was warm inside.
I asked the lady greeting us what time people would be there and she said around 11pm. Have to say that I was more than a little disappointed. Also, thought the drink prices were a bit steep starting at 200-250 thb for what I saw inside. Went around the corner to Baccara on Soi Cowboy and for 120 thb/cocktail and the environment (not just the girls but the physical setup) there was no comparison.
Anyway, not trying to trash the place but after reading so much hype and then seeing it in reality, not sure I'll be back. First impressions and all.
Just trying to give some honest feedback here as I know that there are posters here with financial interests in the place.

I guess it is total diffrent thing. Glow have Dj from all over the place and Soi Cowboy well hum it is lovely in it own kind of way. Hey how to get to glow if I step of the SUBWAY?
Bangkok Runner you should not shout and maybe you should post some other stuff then just about Glow even if I undertsand you need to promote your club

One of the things that makes Glow feel "dead" as Arizona Wildcat put it is that, at least everytime I've been in there, the music is thumping house. This sort of music is great in a packed club but when played in an empty/almost empty place it simply emphasises the fact that the place is not going berkerk and kicking off. At all. The music echoes around the empty place.
For example, if you go to Face Bar, its almost always empty but the ambience is such that you don't really notice/care. Its totally chilled which is what Glow actually promised us when it opened - the ultimate chill out I think...
This approach may actually get more people in "early doors" for cocktails and snacks and then by all means after 11 crank it up.
