Behind the new Esplanade Shopping center on Ratchada and next to the shell of Pump-Up is a fairly new club I was told is owned by the owner of Pump-Up.
Decor is decent and the layout works well. Large bathrooms with a good stage and sound system. They rent hookahs (isn't that what they're called?) for you to smoke. On a Thursday night I came there to see a total hottie in a local band singing.
You buy your bottle at the door. I think the small bottle of JW Black was 1800 baht. They sell a large JW Black which I am not used to seeing as well. Some mixers came out to be 360 baht which I thought was quite high. Tipped my waiter 100 baht initially and he basically just disappeared after that so service IMO sucks. Came there late another night and had to be sat in the back near the door.
Not sure what to make of this club, it's a decent place to go and watch a band. The layout makes it difficult to mack and it's real dark to boot. It's big enough so that it's not a sardine can on a busy night.
Definitely better than Inch which sits in front of it. Girl quality from what I could see is shy of RCA and Thonglor clubs by a longshot. There was a pretty PR I spotted briefly.
