Here's my list of favorites:
1) Mixx
2) CM2
3) Q-Bar
4) Insomnia
5) Spasso
Since the clubs close at different times of the night, I'd normally start out with Spasso, CM2 or Q Bar and then after 2 am, I'd hit Mixx or Insomnia. And if I don't find any by that time, I'd just hit the sack. You could still try Bossy, Spicy or even Swing, but the girls would too drunk and probably too much of a hassle.

BK: I am surprised you mentioned CM2. I have not been there for ages (used to be my favorite 6-8 years ago) but I thought the place was dead and could not stay in the competition with the so many places opened. Can you share comments on CM2?

bb, I still go there from time to time (for the non-Thai FLs mainly), only if I am starting early, say around 12 am... if I start out later at 1+ then I'll go to Mixx.

If you're starting early, you there are lots of bars that you can check out, such as Gulliver's, Huntsman, Oskar, etc.
At about 12, it's either CM2, Spasso or Q Bar.
After 2 am, it's Mixx or Insomnia. These two places are normally open till 5 am.

I've always spent a lot of time at Spasso - shooting fish in a barrel really. Problem is I know a few too many regulars there now so its difficult to avoid getting stuck with a clingy ex-ONS!
My trouble is also that I usually have to get up and work the next day at 8 and although I've done my fair share of 'sleep at 4, wake at 7' sessions it takes a toll (yes, yes getting old...and fat!). So this means places like Insomnia, and definitely Mixx are not good options as nothing really happens until 1am.
In order to get a nights sleep, but also a good schtoop I've lately gone down the massage parlour home-delivery route where I just order-in a Mango girl. For the most part this is good: good value, good performance and they always leave me to sleep in peace....but its getting a bit stale.
So I'm wondering if you guys have experiences with the early evening take-out places and have any advice. I read that Hunstmen and Gullivers are options - where else and whats your approach to identifying the FL and extricating at a decent hour?

You got a point here... While tourists can easily party until 5am or later, people who live and work here follow the same pace. I am not at all (anymore) into massage parlors. I am looking at FL and my "hunting hours" are more like 8-10pm. Hunstmen and Gullivers are good options but I would be interested to know more of these potential early evening take-out places. I exclude Spasso (expensive mature FL professionals) or Sukhumvit Beer Garden (very low selection).
