If you're feeling guilty about not being poor, why not drop a coin in a beggar's cup? That's the service they provide - you pay, they soothe your aching conscience.
Whether or not the original post is a troll, I do get tired of the white knights of cash talking about one should tip here, tip there, and then tip some more, because "oh, the humanity! they're so poor! they should get as much money as we can give!"
Assuming the story is true, let's look at the facts:
1. She/they waved him in
2. She/they quoted him 200 baht.
3. He didn't haggle over it - he accepted the stated price.
4. He had a good time.
Service is provided, payment given. The deal is done.
And even if one were to tip, why would it be 100%? Because "it's only $5!", of course.

You will/would never understand. Here is someone selling there body for money, not begging. When should you tip if not for great service, it's nothing to you but a lot to her. I don't think it's an issue of the $5 - but culturally, if the 200 Baht was the first offer from her side, and he accepted it without haggling, she probably already received more than she would have been willing to settle for.
This is assume the 200 Baht was the first offer, and not the final haggled down price.
That's the way I see it, and I really fail to see the point of condemning RSlicker for not abiding by your rules - Oh wait, this isn't about the Baht, right? It's about RSlicker, who you don't seem to like very much - even claiming he doesn't write any FRs...
Seems to me this thread started as an FR. It certainly provided some interesting information.

Yes, she's selling her body. Or more generically, providing a service for which the price was commeasurate with the local economy. You look at 200 baht as being spare change. She probably looks at it as being a large sum - or why would she, as you say, "sell her body?"
What I understand is that service providers can be happy without dousing them with superfluous cash whenever you see them.
At least, they can be if other clients haven't been frequently dousing them with unrequested cash, such that they develop an expectation of it happening every time, from everyone. Then there's the subsequent attitude, the demand for the cash when it isn't forthcoming, and bad service forever after if it wasn't provided. Whereas previously, the stated price would usually have been sufficient for good service.
This topic has been brought up before, in one form or another. And as I stated before, I cannot stop others from maximizing their own gain at the expense of my own.
Perhaps "jai dee" doesn't mean "big wallet." Perhaps it really means "inflation."
