Interesting statement about them thinking that the gaijin/farang all have STDs.
I'd always heard that the Japanese had a greater predilection towards bareback sex - which to me would mean that *they* have more STDs.
Then again, I suppose that assumes that the majority of gaijin are as religious about condom use as I am.

You're missing the point. To the Japanese mindset they are a race apart- a cline of the Homo Sapiens superior to all other races, if you will- and more superior than all others. Whereas we are the lowly, base casucasian hordes.
Remember, our ancestors invented perfumes to cover our stench, since we were to stupid to bathe daily (back in the day) when they had already raised the bath to a daily and near ritual status. They assume we have disease because we took hundreds of years longer to get our hygenic act together_and_because we are a lower form of the species.
