Slight slant on #3.. and very useful for newbies (IMO)
Beware taking a FL girl LT if she discusses money beforehand. I have found that 80% of the time if a FL'r talks cash beforehand - she is no good. All my bad experiences have come from girls who talk money beforehand. This does not apply for ST obviously. If a girl talks money in a club, find another one.

There will always be exceptions. I remember one Uzbek that I met in CM2, and the first sentence out of her mouth was, "you give me 6,000 B?". I said yes and it turned to be a great night. The most memorable moment was the blow job at the balcony of my room in the cool December night. Till this day, I have no idea why she refers to me as her KGB.

bkkz, did you end up paying her 6000?! I was waiting for more than the cool breeze to explain why that was an exception to Romeland's point,which I agree with entirely. But I also agree there are always exceptions.
One reason there are exceptions is that some FL have decided that there are too many cheap charlies out there that will end up paying well below the going rate if the girl doesn't say something upfront. She's just trying to protect herself, and it does not signal a lack of quality service. This game is very much about trust, but trust is sometimes hard to come by on the SOL playground where, not surprisingly, some don't play fair.
On the other hand, perhaps your point was just that sometimes you do get what you pay for. That, I believe, is a true exception. My sense is that the general rule is an inverse curve -- the more the girl wants, the less fun, sexy, kinky, dirty, GFE type experience I am going to have -- the less she (truly) wants,when she speaks the sweet "up to you" words of trust, when she doesn't check the money you slipped into her pocket or purse or mention it later, the more likely you are to have all of those in one.
