thanks for info CG, I've booked the jacuzzi suite in the TL for three nights seem to be pretty good value for money, albeit some what far down the soi. I'm sure I will be checking out the talent @ Toix now on a regular basis whilst staying there! Just hope to god the water doesn't run out like Ive read happened there of recently. Not much point having a jacuzzi without water =)

Well, the environment and m.o. is quite different than that of picking up a girl at a bar or picking up a FLer. To me, it is an afternoon like I usually don't get in Colorado. 
Usually a nice screw, a bath, another nice screw if I want, somewhat relaxing. I go to the places with good selection, clean room, good attitude (on average) and no hassles and a reasonable price. I even have two girls that have met me on off days. One I love too much. 
The places for me are Meree, Evita, BIWA, Bangkok Cosy, etc. Evita is a good start. And a weekday 2-hour afternoon soapy in these places will run 1300-1600 plus tip (300-600). Maybe best to go with someone who knows the place for your first time.

Just to give a bit more info, in my experience 2 FL ST girls are usually 2000baht (1000 each). If 1 girl at a MP is 2,500, my mind always says "Be a porn star! be a porn star!!! go for the 2 FLs!" so ive never done the parlour thing.
So having never been to a MP, I have a classic case of 'is the grass is greener on the other side?'
Maybe I think I should just stop being such a tightwad and get down the parlours and find out for myself what all the fuss is about - especially when bkkz's posting some crazy prices at Texas Massage. I think ill do a search for reviews of TM - at those low, low prices I can't help but think it must be a shonky place, though???
