The plain simple truth is there is no best of the best list because it is based on individual preference. I have been doing this for a long time and I still find myself struggling with what I will do with a four day visit and you only have two days.
Hopefully you will have been reading the board for awhile and know what is on tap. Pick what you think sounds good to you and be prepared to change your plan based on what happens and what you see and feel. I find that when I have a plan I almost never follow it because something turns up that I did not expect and it grabs me.
A suggestion. Plan one or two things like Eden and a massage place and let the rest just happen. If I knew the concrete answer to your question I would not be working so hard to figure out what to do when I arrive week after next and I am there almost every month.

I think the selection at Utopia is not to be missed.
Up Asoke to Rama IX [can be done on MRT].
Then right turn on to Rama IX and down to Soi 22 [ I think ] which is the 2nd light.
Left turn and the HUGE sign is high up on your left.
It is expensive as they have a farang surcharge so the 90 minutes will cost 3500-5000, but it is worth it for one trip. Best selection of babes around IMO.
Also has a model lounge upstairs even more expensive.
