Super Sports is Bangkok’s largest sports shop located at
Yada Building, Thanon Silom, Bangrak, near Saladaeng BTS.
Super Sports also has outlets in Central, Robinson and Zen department stores. But just about any large department store or shopping mall will have sporting goods.
Don't know how good the prices are. Anything imported into Thailand is likely to be priced comparable to where you live.
JJ (Chatuchak) Weekend Market "might" have some racquets at bargain prices. Plaza A sells used golf clubs, so they "might" have tennis racquets nearby.
In the USA, Ebay is the best place to buy a tennis racquet at a good price. I just sold my Head racquet for USD $20 on Ebay.

I always use the Emporium sports section. Believe it or not Paradorn is rumored to get all of his racquets strung there =)

FBT opposite Rahmkahnheng U out Suk Soi 71 is an 8 story buliding with nothing but sports equipment.
Floor 8 is the tennis floor.
Prices vary as some things are about what Emporium sports section sells at and other things are a great deal. I got a nice pair of tennis shoes for 300B,, brand is Everlast.
I have bought sevral racquets there and been bery happy with service and product.
They even have some new Flexpoints on the wall.
