I finally found a shop which sells the stuff I was looking for. It is in one of the electronic shops down the Thanon Ban Mo near the memorial bridge.
The owners are from India and knew at once what I was talking about when I mentioned CAMs and smartcards etc.
Unfortunately, most of the stuff I needed is more expensive in Thailand because it is not produced in Asia but in Europe. Ony things which are made in Asia are cheaper over here.
Anyway, the Ban Mo area is a good place to look for specialized eletronic stuff. Neither Panthip plaza or Fortune Plaza have it.

and then click "CI-Modules".
Generally spoken, it's stuff for watching digital TV packages for free. In most European countries not illegal as long as you only decrypt programme packages from abroad which you cannot buy in your own country.
It's big fun, that's it. Always the latest movies including sports, music and lots of hardcore channels. Even when watching a movie from Spain, Italy or France you can choose English language in the Audio options.

Thanks for the link. So far as I oversee it, there is no "MOSC"-scene in Asia like in Europe. But I think there are already keys for Zee TV.
