Most Thai DVDs (especially the new ones) are around THB 200-300 or even higher. Some are for sale at THB 99 but usually the older ones (99999, Mekong River Party).
Beautiful Boxer is THB 199.
Nonsense? I bought it a couple of months ago (September 15th, actually) for 99B in a place tucked away in a fairly deserted area of the Si Lom Complex. 3rd floor I think. It had already been out for a few months then. No English sub-titles (only Thai  ), slimline case...but 99B. I was surprised it was so cheap too. They also had the 'de-luxe' edition (in a normal-sized box with a cardboard sleeve) for 199B I think. Just phoned the friend who showed me the place and he confirmed the price (I might have been wrong) and he remembered taking the piss because I was spending less than 100B because I bought it for my TGF's birthday (amongst other things, I hasten to add). Great fun watching it with people who actually knew her -- lots of stuff isn't in the film (of course she dropped all her LB friends after the op and going HiSo...)
Probably a special offer, loss-leader or off the back of a lorry. Who knows?
''7'' (at least I think that's what it's called) was the same price. I bought that too, but that has been out for a while. They also have a variable (but pretty poor) selection of cheap UK and other titles. There are many places you can buy decent 'Holywood' films (not hits, but decent films) and UK stuff for 99B. I've recently bought several UK and US films (including the marvelous 'Wonderland') for 99B. All 'real', not pirates.
