you guys convincd me to try. I am from NY, no mexican food expert. But I thought the place was very well done/ great place to sit and relax.
service was good. and quick.
Again I am no expert. but I liked my encilhadas and my nacho. Definetely tastier than the TGIF mexican I am used to.
i will add this to my last of favorite spots. I think I go back tommorrow for xmas dinner

i have been there 3 times now. thanks for the tip. I really like the place. except for the sewage smell (maybe I shouldnt sit outside, next to the street)

I've also dined there 3 times thus far. Food was always fresh and taste great, with a pitcher of margaritas. My only complaint is that they don't include any guacamole with the fajitas. It would surely be preferable than the beans. It doesn't seem right that you have to purchase an order of chips to get any guacamole. Yeah, I know the avocados are damn expensive.

... "cabos" in this context means "peninsula" or "cape".
... I think the owner is playing off of Los Cabos San Lucas... the name given to the the fabulous coastal resort region located at the end of the Baja Peninsula, a Mexican peninsula on the Pacific coast, just below California.
... folks in Southern California refer to it simply as "Los Cabos", where they easily fly for the weekend... while long known to Southern Californians, I believe it was first broadly popularized in the movie "10", the breakout film for the incredibly talented Bo Derek and her bodacious guns.
