That is really stupid advice. Sorry to say it, but it really is. Taking anti-biotics just because you are travelling makes no sense. You together with many more guys who do such stupid things like that are the reason the people who really fall sick have to take greater amount of antibiotics and more complex ones as infecting agents are becoming less and less effective thanks to you.

Thank you all for the insight, learned allot about the water in Thailand. Some of the things you read can be a little one sided so I was just wandering about the condition. That is why I wanted to see what the guys that have been going for sometime have to say. Seems to me that the water is like all things…a matter of taste.
