I can't tell if the original question has been answered yet...

The Oyster Bar does indeed offer a range of raw imported oysters... if that's all you want. The place is hard to find (of Naratiwas) and only open for dinner... it's small, and ambience poor.

The Seafood Bar (Suk 16) is owned by the same people, has a good range of oysters and is more convenient. Unfortunately the ambiance is awful, the service helpless and this venue is also dinner only.

Bourbon Street imports Washington State oysters from small growers like Barron Point and Calm Cove. Pricing is probably the best in town (60-90b per mollusk). If I had one shot at eating oysters in Bangkok, this is where I would do it.

Philippe, Vendome, Fat Fish and most of the French restaurants offer high quality oysters, usually from Brittany. They charge more of course, but you can move from oyster appetizer to an attractive main course.

All the 5 star hotels offer oysters on their lunch/dinner buffet layouts... most a French, but some are Tasmanian.

The largest oyster importer gets his weekly shipment on Thursday or Friday... so Friday through Sunday/Monday are the best days to be out slurping.

Hoi Tod is made with shelled baby mussels, which I can't get here in the states, so I make it at home with chopped koong (shrimp)
