Thanks for Carl's location..it would be great if IN and Out opened their first franchise in Pattaya..Would be fun to see all the bar yings walking around with In and Out T shirts.

Went just before 7 and got HH drink price of 2 nice and cold pints of beer for half price and the fries were good....but being american, I will say that "Five Guys" (an upper scale fast food place) blew it away by a mile and their burgers are 6 bucks loaded up with anything you want!
Tab was 500 baht (cheeseburger and 2 pints), and what I found curious was the entire check was in english except the "service charge" part that was in Thai.....
Overall rating, decent burger and I know you pay more on soi 11 for anything....but not at all did I take the first bite and was like "Damn, that is a tasty burger!"
I thought the burger, Bacon Cheddar, was pretty darn good. This was with Thai beef. Will have to go back again to check out the Angus version.
I talked a bit with the American manager, owner? He said they grind all their own beef; so no pink slime here.
215 for the basic burger with tomato, lettuce, onion and choice of fries; regular, steak or crinkle (my choice). Add toppings for additional cost.
