Not looking for pick-up places - but suggestions for the evenings where to sit outside and have a cool beer - people watch.

There used to be the beergarden (s) near the World Trade Center - jammed with people after work, selling seafoods etc.

Is this World Trade Center beer garden (outdoors) open in August?

If not - other suggestions?

Lumpini Park, Suan Lum night bazaar, enter off Wireless Road. 2 or 3 beer gardens, bands, etc. Best about 9pm to 1am.
