Steak One on Nana. Just walk away from Sukhumwit past NEP, it's on the left hand side.
I had some pretty delicious steaks there. The a/c room is comfortable, as long as you don't have any of those über-loud farang getting drunk in there.

New York Steakhouse in the JW Marriott Hotel on Sukhumvit Road and Outback Steakhouse in the Discovery Center, Siam Square. Both pricey but first class.

I dont know too much about steaks here and I can't speak about the JW Marriott but....... the Outback....first class? You're kidding right?
Australian cuisine and the term 1st class should never, ever be used in the same sentence let alone when describing the Australian version of Sizzler.
Given my opening comment...FWIW the best steak that I have had is at Neils Tavern, I think....on Ruam Rudee....awful interior decoration, like a 1980's UK Pub, lots of wood and red walls but nice steaks, cooked just as ordered.

The steak I had in Outback was very tender and cooked just as I asked. Each to his own I guess. I was just trying to give an alternative to a Hotel Grill Room.
One more to consider. Hamiltons in the Dusit Thani Hotel.

Outback isn't Australian - it's just meant to look that way. Corporate HQ is in Tampa, FL., and it's the brainchild of an American.
I would agree - while the food is decent, I wouldn't place it in the 1st calss category. My earlier recommendation stands.

On road trip to the Northeast a friend gave me their Sizzler discount card and I have to say the steaks' that I ate starting in Bangkok (worldtrade mall) through Korat (the Mall) and onto Udonthani (Jeraisy Centre) were all first rate.
I did make a point of explaining what wanted to the waitress i.e. well done and they were all great.
Mightly impressed and at a cheap price.

I been US a few times, and the burger meat and steaks arnt in the same league as in Australia. Ask any Japanese. They buy australian first, and its way more expensive. The thai steak houses tend to bullsh_t/use frozen new zealand or australian beef. Chickengeorge is way of beam. Unless texas or somewhere west offers better quality meat. But anyone who has been to a blackstump in OZ and also some sizzler in LA would laugh at his comments. Its like comparing themaes to level 6 plaza massage girls. Or superbabies in pattaya to beach road trawler horrors...................Get real son!
