I have tried crab in BKK, it is very different from the crab legs found at Red Lobster or other seafood restaurants in North America. Any brothers know where to find Alaskan or Canadian crab legs in Bkk?

There are something like 30 different crabs in Thailand (there is a Thai nursery rhyme that consists of just singing about all the different crabs).

Alaskan king crabs are available at the Seafood restaurant on soi 24.

Types of crabs are consumed by Thai and are common to find in martkets are mostly Blue Crab or Dungeon crab.

Occessionally in restaurants & major hotels brings them into their menus. Alaskan King Crab & Legs serves at the regent hotel. and sometimes Oishi japanese buffet restaurant has it on menu aswell. no info on the price what so ever.
