Try Samboon Seafood restaurant on Surawongse, about a ten minute walk from the Le Meridian heading towards the Sofitel Silom. Prices are very reasonable and the food and service is great.

Somboon is my favorite! They have the best tom yum goong IMHO. I always go to the one in Ratchada (Huai Khwang exit of MRT)
