Was in Hong Kong about 3 months ago. If you are talkin' about the p4p market, I'm sure it's possible. Just look at the site.
IMO:
If you are talkin' about non-p4p females, unless you are asian or speak chinese, it might be much more difficult to score with them. Yes, they speak english, but it helps if you speak chinese.
I found that 75% of the Hong Kong females don't really dress up. They wear mostly slacks and more conservative cloths. The big trend was the sport type shoes. Many females seemed to be walkin' around in those Nike/lifestyle type shoes or plenty of closed toe shoes.
So they dress differently. I'm more into the Thailand, Korea, Japanese type look. Shorter skirts, open toe - high heels with tighter tops on the females.
