I keep a personal list of all the places I want to hit the next time I'm in Thailand. Usually it contains places that are new, places that I've just become aware of, or places that have recently become hot for whatever reason.
I'm sure other people have similar lists and I'm curious to see what's on them. Instead of keeping it in a private file on my hard disk, why not post them to a special forum called "Your To Do List" or something vastly more clever than that.
Each user could post a new thread with his current list, just like a normal post. When the list changes (usually by seeing something interesting on this board) the user could just "Edit" the post or add a reply containing the modified version. Of course, other users would be able to reply to the post to add their comments.
The forum would just be based on convention and the format could evolve over time. It wouldn't take any time to moderate or administer.

Sounds good Chomper, perhaps this could be linked to the ratings board discussed in "Thread Review for Score Board for the Bars, MPs, etc"
I would reckon with the size of this board, the turnover, various opinions etc, would quickly balance out, the crap places would eventually sift down to the bottom of the ratings ... any one posting good reviews would boost the chance for a re-visit by others.
Seasonal, and even monthly flactuations, patterns would be most interesting...

After driving many many times, I'm going to hit Zodiac tonight after seeing their website pictures from the link from this board. Also, Colozne Entertainment across from Rama IX Cafe has recently opened and will stop by there too.

It can be whatever you want it to be, but nightlife spots would be more relevant. E.g. I have the golf course Panya Indra on my list.
In fact it doesn't need to be spots, it can just be something (or someone) you want to try, e.g. no-hands restaurant, BF sisters, dance contest, ....

Well, after reading this forum and a few other sites, here's my current "plan" and nuggets of information I gathered, feel free to correct me if I missed something or got something wrong:
Bangkok -> Pattaya
1. BTS (Sky Train) or Taxi to Ekkamai station.
2. Walk to Ekkamai bus station
3. Take 677B bus to Pattaya (2 hours, last bus at ~7pm?)
4. Take baht Taxi to hotel
Patayya Baht Bus:
1. Goes in a circle around Beach Road and Second Road
2. Costs 5-10baht, maybe a bit more tp/from bus station
Patayya Locations: (MAP: http://www.bahtbus.com/map/index.html)
1. FLB - Crossing of Walking st. & Soi Saensamran (Open 7pm)
2. Living Dolls - Beach Road (Walking st)
3. Sabai Massage - North Pattaya on Soi 2
4. Silom Sauna - Standard Thai Massage, Soi 3 (HJ for 300-500tip),
near Big C. shopping center.
5. Go Carting?
Patayya Hotels:
1. Sunshine Hotel - 450-800baht, ask for room in back (less noise)
2. Flipper Lodge - 650-770baht (in room massage for 300+500 for full service)
3. Apex - 450-500baht+ (best?)
4. Diana Inn - 625-700baht
5. Siam Sawasdee - 350-550baht+ (cheap)
6. Ice Inn - 400+
7. Honey Inn - 400+
8. Soi Buakhow (3 cheap hotels: Marin Place, Best Inn, Sutus Court)
Bangkok Locations:
1. Eden - Sukhumvit Soi 7/1 (13:00 - 24:00) (cheaper 13:00 - 20:00)
2. Barons (Saeng) - Soi 24 & Sukhumvit Road, Next to 7/11 (11:00 - 23:00)
3. CM2 Disco - (basement of Novotel Hotel at Siam Square)
4. Grace Hotel - After 2AM
5. Nana Hotel - After 2AM (better)
Bangkok Night Spots:
1. Nana Plaza (GoGo ... Angelwitch, hollywood, Playskool, Rainbow, Mandarin)
2. Soi Cowboy (GoGo ... Lolitas, Toybar, Long gun, Tilac, Dollhouse, Afterskool, Midnite)
3. Patpong 1 (GoGo ... King's - BJ ... Star of Light)
4. Ratchadapisek Road (MP ... Annies, Darlings, and Nataree), ask for Merchant Court Hotel
This is of course liable to change as I don't even have a fixed travel date (thinking mid-january). As you can see by this list, I'm thinking of doing Bangkok -> Patayya (direct) then back to Bangkok for 5-10 days before flying back home.
