All that being said I think Chompoo's guidelines point the way to a really useful and effective system,
but the guys who don't post alot may bring some fresh perspectives to places the regulars had blown off awhile ago.
(I'm not reeaally trying to get my post count up here - really)

interesting thoughs & ideas here 
I agree with all the problems with personal taste, girls performing according to how they 'click' with punters etc etc, but still there's potential in a cleverly setup scoreboard IMO!
Existing ratings I know off that for various reasons are ok, but nothing really great works mainly on gogo bars based on votings. such examples are nanaplaza's gogo top10 rating & bangkokbargirls' pricelist/rating...
Personally I carry my own 'ratings' of various bars based partly on board reviews, own experience etc etc & a to do list also for each trip
